Time and money gets wasted during open enrollment when account managers from the same firm use different vendors.  During the busiest time of year, you shop around.  But generally, your firm will use templates, and much of the text from Joe’s booklet will be the same as text in his colleague Linda’s.  So if Joe and Linda use different vendors, they are paying twice to translate the same text AND wasting time and energy, which are in short supply during Q4!
